The school has scored significantly above average in the Irish, English and Maths Drumcondra Test again this year.
Our school has a smaller percentage of pupils who fall below the average compared with the National Distribution and a higher percentage of pupils who fall above the 80th Percentile compared with the National Distribution.
Congratulations to the teachers, pupils and parents for this wonderful achievement.

Information for Parents

The children undergo Standardised Drumcondra Test in May of each year from 1st – 6th Class in Math, Irish and English.   In Senior Infants – the MIST- Middle Infant Screening Test (English) and Drumcondra (Irish) Test is carried out. These tests are extremely helpful as they make comparisons between the child’s score and the national average. The table below may be of assistance in explaining your child’s STEN score in Maths, Irish and English as per school report. You may speak with class teacher should you have any concerns.
